Auto-deletion. Files are automatically deleted from our servers. We do not keep permanent copies of your documents.

User ID. A randomly generated identifier stored in your browser's local storage, used to associate your converted files with your session so you can retrieve them.
File metadata. Filenames and timestamps are stored in our database to power the file listing and download features.
Authentication data. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google. We do not access your Google Drive or other Google services.

4. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
We do not read, mine, or train AI models on the contents of your files.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase (Google). For authentication and file metadata storage. Subject to Firebase's Privacy Policy.
Paystack. For payment processing, if applicable. Subject to Paystack's Privacy Policy.

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS to encrypt data in transit. Files are stored on secured servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
