By accessing or using ToolSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ToolSuite provides free online PDF converter and document tools including, but not limited to:

PDF signing (e-signature)
PDF to Word and PDF to CSV conversion
Batch PDF conversion
File compression (PDF, images, Office documents)
QR code generation
OCR text extraction
PDF flattening
PDF to flipbook conversion

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code.
Use the Service to process illegal, defamatory, or infringing content.
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
Upload files you do not have the right to process or convert.

4. Your Files and Data

Ownership. You retain all rights to the files you upload. We claim no ownership over your content.
Processing. By uploading a file, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the requested service (conversion, compression, signing, etc.).
Deletion. Files are stored temporarily and are automatically deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Conversions will be 100% accurate or preserve all formatting.
Generated files (QR codes, compressed files, etc.) will meet your specific requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolSuite and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your files.

7. File Size and Usage Limits

We may impose limits on file sizes, number of conversions, or other usage parameters. These limits may change at any time without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The ToolSuite name, logo, website design, and underlying code are the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
