Remove Form Fields from PDF

Fillable PDF forms are great for data collection, but sometimes you need to remove the form fields and create a static document. Maybe you have filled out a form and want to permanently lock in the entries. Maybe you need to distribute a completed form without allowing recipients to change the values. Or maybe you are archiving submitted forms and want them preserved exactly as they were completed. Our tool removes all form fields from a PDF while preserving the filled-in data as static text. Text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown menus, and signature fields are all converted to their visual representation and permanently embedded in the page. The result is a clean PDF that looks exactly like the filled form but has no editable fields. This process is also known as flattening form fields.
